Surrounding the pearl are multiple round cabochon gemstones in variety of hues, including deep blue, vibrant green, rich orange and soft amber. The gold frame is intricately detailed with leaf motifs, adding an antique elegance. A small dangling charm, also featuring a cabochon gemstone and a gold leaf design,  enhances the broochs regal and timeless appeal.
