Refund Policy

Refunds are ONLY issued for:

  • Packages lost in transit.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Incorrect or outdated shipping addresses.
  • Incorrect address format (including PO Box addresses).
  • Failed delivery after three attempts.
  • Package refused by the recipient.
  • Sizing issues – Please refer to our size guide before purchasing
  • Used or damaged products returned by the customer.
  • Minor color/design variations due to handmade craftsmanship.
  • If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
