Refund Policy
Refunds are ONLY issued for:
- Packages lost in transit.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Incorrect or outdated shipping addresses.
- Incorrect address format (including PO Box addresses).
- Failed delivery after three attempts.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Sizing issues – Please refer to our size guide before purchasing
- Used or damaged products returned by the customer.
- Minor color/design variations due to handmade craftsmanship.
- If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
