Return & Exchange
At Rosalia, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, making every item unique. Variations in stones, pearls, and design are natural, as no two handcrafted pieces are identical. Rest assured, all our products undergo a strict quality check before shipping.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We ONLY accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The product is damaged in transit.
- You have received an incorrect item.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, in its original packaging.
- The barcode tag must not be tampered with.
Steps to Initiate a Returns
- Inform Us – Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing info@rosalia.com.
- Send Photos for Approval – Before we arrange a return, please share clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item. Our team will review and approve the return.
- Product Collection – Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup.
- Replacement Dispatch – After receiving the returned product, we will send a replacement.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
